    The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for bringing the Graebel brand to life at key stages of the buyer journey. In close collaboration with sales executives to acquire new business, the role will manage the development of targeted content that integrates the Graebel brand promise consistently across all assets. With a heavy focus on supporting oral presentation development and delivery, this role will coach presenters on storytelling to weave together our corporate narrative, company differentiators, and other key messages. Contributing to and/or managing the development of a variety of sales enablement content, tools and initiatives will also be a key responsibility. This role reports to the Director, Content Marketing and Sales Enablement.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Required Skills

    PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contribute to the success of the overall marketing and content strategy that encompasses content ideation, creation, execution and promotion, primarily related to presentations, sales tools, and sales-enablement content
    • Manage two marketing specialists
    • Ensure maintenance of sales enablement content library, including timely updates of pertinent information and message, brand and content standard alignment. Work with subject matter experts to create new and customize existing presentations to target specific clients and prospects
    • Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing and Sales Enablement to manage various freelance resources, ensuring that the pipeline of marketing requests are completed on-time and on-brand
    • Develop, maintain and improve presentation development processes, tools, and templates
    • Develop an oral presentation strategy and implementation plan to curate a consistent, effective narrative across all presentations and accompanying assets
    • Compile and develop resources to coach presenters on best practices in storytelling
    • Manage processes for the effective use of our content/asset library and train sales team members to utilize it
    • Gather input from regional stakeholders to develop new content in key markets and collaborate with internal partners and colleagues to modify existing content with translations, regional-appropriate visuals, and cultural nuances
    • Collaborate closely with the Proposal Team to refresh existing proposal content and develop new content aligned with brand and content standards
    • Liaise information sharing between the Marketing and Proposal teams, as well as other stakeholders
    • Manage cross-functional teams to execute prospect office visits (virtual or in-person, as appropriate), curating a great experience that puts Graebel’s best foot forward
    • Measure and report on performance as it relates to new customer acquisition, client retention, Primary Intelligence analysis, and other information that accelerates revenue growth
    • Manage vendor relationships with agencies and freelancers
    • Responsibly manage and maintain budget
    • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

     

     

    Required Experience

    • 5+ Years of experience in B2B marketing and/or other relevant business experience

    • BA/BS degree

    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills

    • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and execute strategy through fruition

    • Skilled in editing and content revision, including an “eye” for on-brand design

    • Must be able to develop and maintain strategic relationships at all levels (internal and external agencies/freelancers) with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

    • Ability to meet deadlines and make timely decisions on final products.

    • Digital savvy

    • Previous experience managing and/or coaching a minimum of 2 staff members

    • Some/minimal travel required, when safely applicable and approved by Graebel

      • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    •  Experience with Qorus and Salesforce helpful, but not required
