    JOB SUMMARY:

    Anticipate and plan the household goods move portion of a customer's international relocation.  Provides superior and proactive customer service to our customers, partners and internal teams.  Performs all necessary logistical functions including planning, securing transportation and problem resolution.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE: Acts as the primary point of contact for all customer service throughout move process.

    LOGISTICS: Initiate, coordinate and monitor move services to ensure successful logistical coordination of each household goods move.

    PROFITABILITY: Maintain profitability target of 20% retained revenue on all moves.

    CASH FLOW: Accurately processes billing paperwork within specified department time frames. 

    DATE INTEGRITY: Maintains real time and accurate move information in the electronic move management system

     

    Required Skills

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:                

    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data.
    • Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • Ability to perform proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.

    Required Experience

    Required Experience:

     

    Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration or Mathematics preferred. Three years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education..

    Knowledge/Experience:  Must have sufficient understanding of business principles. Prior International Forwarding experience is desired

     

    Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

     

    ANTICIPATED SALARY AND BENEFITS SUMMARY - Anticipated salary of $40,040 annually and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage
