    Job description, responsibilities and duties

    • responsible for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
    • delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy in production and transactional processes
    • facilitate workshops, follow up of action plans, ensure completeness and timing
    • work with plant team to identify Lean project opportunities
    • co-ordinate the creation, monitor and report progress of the CI/Plant-Roadmap
    • train and mentor the local organization on the Lean Philosophy
    • mentor peers and management in the formulation and execution of process improvement projects
    • network with experts at the factory and with other Lean Facilitators around the world
    • shares actively best practice (plant internal/ external) and drives implementation
    • implement the Lean Philosophy and understanding within the facility on all levels
    • support if needed other Lear plants or suppliers to implement lean techniques
    • candidate will work with the central team to drive the understanding and implementation of the Lear Manufacturing System throughout the Lear European facilities

     

    Personality requirements and skills

    • speak and write English and Slovak
    • more than 2 years working experience as CI Coordinator/Supervisor/Leader or similar position
    • good knowledge with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • experience in production/automotive company
    • basic knowledge of quality, environmental and work environmental
