  • Responsibilities
    • Contributes to policy design, policy writing, benchmarking, white paper(s), and presentation deliverables
    • Analyzes mobility policy trends, including external industry trends, and client policy and program comparisons
    • Provides data-driven analysis of cost, trend, and usage data to improve Graebel and client insights into program capabilities, spend, and efficiency
    • Demonstrates comfort with global mobility policies and contributes to the team’s recommendations that help clients improve their programs
    • Shows a steady interest in trends, current issues, and bodies of industry research and uses them to inform Graebel’s consulting capabilities
    • Partners with internal colleagues and stakeholders to improve the Strategy Services’ internal brand and capabilities with clients and prospective clients

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills to contribute to the writing of complex reports, policies, procedures, and presentations
    • Ability to establish strong internal and external relationships
    • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze and interpret complex policies, professional journals, and governmental regulations

    Required Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in the Mobility industry, preferably in a client-facing role
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • CRP and GMS-T designations; if not currently certified, obtaining such licenses will be required in first 12-18 months of the role
