    We are looking for an Executive Relocation Consultant who will coordinates and administers relocation benefits to transferring employees, executives, C-Level, and VIPs in accordance with corporate contracts, client policies, and Graebel VIP processes.  Manages all aspects of home sale process.  Assists in the negotiations for home purchase in the new location.   Provide assistance and direction as resource for Relocation Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Relocation Associates. Participates in client meeting or presentation as requested. May directly coordinate additional services as a single point of contact.

     

     

    Essential Duties:

    • Manages caseload of transferring employees while maintaining file and data integrity.  Manages all aspects of home sale process including reviewing broker market analysis, marketing strategies, providing guaranteed buy-out offers, assisting in third-party contract negotiations, processing equity, and manage closing process.  Assists in the negotiations for home purchase in the new location.
    • Review, explain, and administer relocation benefits ensuring they are within client policy.
    • Maintain regular contact with transferee and closely monitor the entire move process.
    • Monitor and manage service delivery of all vendor partners to ensure the best quality vendor. Coordinates and monitor service delivery  from all vendors including real estate agents, real estate brokers, inspectors, appraisers, title company, temporary housing company, movers, lenders, and other related service providers. Review, approve, and direct payment of relocation expenses. 
    • Provide information to clients and internal contacts as needed.
    • Provide assistance and direction as resource and mentor to Relocation Consultants, Senior Relocation Consultants, and Relocation Associates.
    • Participates in client or prospect meeting or presentation as requested.

    Required Skills

    • Certified Relocation Professional or Global Mobility Specialist required
    • Background in relocation and/or real estate preferred
    • High level of customer service experience desired
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees
    • Motivated, detail oriented and the ability to reprioritize throughout the workday strongly preferred
    • General office computer skills required:  MS Office, MS Word and ability to learn new software highly desired

    Required Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Management, International Business or a related field preferred
    • 4-7 years of experience in relocation industry preferred; 1-3 years as a Sr. Homeowner Consultant (or equivalent) required

     

     

    Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary: $57-60K. Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage
