    As the Key GCS contact, you are accountable for building ongoing positive, effective and productive relationships with clients, prospective clients, trade professionals and service providers. You are responsible for all tactical project services which may include interacting with the Senior Line of Business management. Sustaining the relationships should result in retention of the client and the development of additional business opportunities.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for creating and executing excellent and consistent client focused experience in the delivery of customer service, project management and execution of space for our business partners
    • Prepare and review the Scope of Work with the preferred vendor(s), negotiate pricing to provide a competitive move budget, working with the pricing desk as applicable for review, including assumptions to mitigate potential risk. Present to the client
    • Coordinate and participate in project meetings to ensure a full understanding of the schedule, ensure proper resources are provided to meet timeline requirements and efficiencies
    • Ensure all customer business and building requirements for continuity, security, health and safety guidelines and quality are met
    • Manage change requests per process to increase budgets and prevent potential write offs. Manage operational deficiencies to the satisfaction and timely resolution of the client and company. Make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
    • Identify business opportunities to drive savings and efficiencies while expanding revenue targets and profitability
    • Comply with auditing, invoicing and billing requirements

    Required Skills

    • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
    • Considerable responsibility with regard to general assignments in planning time, method, manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work

    Required Experience

    Education:

    Required - Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college.

    Preferred - Four year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job

    Experience:

    2-5 years related experience in commercial field

    1-3 years related management experience

    Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary - $45k-$60k. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
