To apply for this position, you must: • Possess sales experience - not just order-taking, but a background in direct sales such as Insurance, Auto, Kirby Vacuum Cleaners, Cutco Knives (Vector), etc. We value practical experience over degrees • Get Results - Sales is ultimately about results. We're seeking individuals who are resilient enough to persevere despite facing rejection; consistently meeting or surpassing quotas • Have typing and computer skills - I respect that you can sell, maybe better than me. But, If you have experience, but you can't type or navigate a computer, we're not going to be able to use you in the sales role. I don't have the time to train or wait for you to catch up. The reality is that we work in a fast-paced, tech-heavy environment, including Microsoft Products, CRMs like Infusionsoft, and electronic communication tools • Be a team player - Our core value is to "Value others above you," prioritizing both clients and colleagues. Possess the ability to see a “no” as a “not yet”. We never chastise or bully members of our team, but we always offer course correction when a team member misses the mark. Qualifications: This is an in-person role. Must be able to commute to Towson, MD daily The working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with some flexibility. However, if a client can only meet on a Saturday morning and you're available locally, your presence will be expected.
