We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Bonus Potential Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: • Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including local networking within the industry, online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their personnel needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Screening: • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements. • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. Job Postings: • Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's culture and expectations. Employer Branding: • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand. • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other recruiting-related activities. Onboarding: • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires. • Ensure a positive experience for new employees as they integrate into the organization. Qualifications: • Bilingual. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred. • Proven experience in HR management and recruitment. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
