    POSITION INFORMATION

    Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Training towards a Licensed P&C Insurance Customer Service

    Rep (CSR)

    Location: Wichita Falls, TX

    Duration: Full-Time

    Pay: $17-$25 (Based on Experience and qualifications)

    JOB OVERVIEW

    Working for a family-owned business seeking self-motivated licensed P&C

    Administrative Assistant/Insurance Customer Service Representative.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    ·        Process New Business Quotes

    ·        Manage existing book of business including renewals

    ·        Cross selling campaigns

    ·        Other miscellaneous projects as they arise

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    ·        Property and Casualty Insurance License a plus

    ·        Customer service experience

    ·        Good verbal and written communication skills

    ·        Efficient with Technology

    ·        Organized and detail oriented

    ·        Multi-Tasking

    ·        Problem Solving

    ·        Works well with others

    ·        Enthusiastic and positive attitude

    ·        College, or other technical training a plus

    QUOTING NEW BUSINESS

    ·        Quoting will include, but may not be limited to home, auto, renters, umbrella, boat, recreational lines

    ·        Pre-qualify and analyze prospect. Obtain all information needed and enter quoting system, to determine best rates and fit for client

    ·        Present quote to client and review coverages

    ·        Solicit other lines of business for account rounding.

    ·        If writing policy, obtain signatures, payment information, and any additional required

    ·        information.

    ·        Review issued policy for accuracy

    ·        Forward binder, ID cards, policy or any required document to insured and or mortgagee

    ·        Attach all required documents into client electronic file in agency management system

    ·        Update client file with all required notes and client correspondence

    RENEWALS

    ·        Run renewal report and document premium changes in client file and agency spreadsheet

    ·        Re-shop with carriers if necessary

    ·        If able to find a better coverage for premium, present quotes and go through quoting

    ·        steps above

    ·        If no better options are found, send appropriate email to client

    ·        Miscellaneous Job Duties

    ·        Process client payments and answer client billing inquiries

    ·        Process loss payee and mortgagee changes on carrier websites

    ·        Take mortgagee calls to confirm premium, coverages and mortgagee clause

    ·        Process endorsements as needed

    ·        Process cancellations

    ·        Sen account round emails to clients, call and follow up

    ·        Process claims emails/calls as they come in

    ·        Misc. projects as they come up
