    Job Description

    Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative that has a strong background in logistics and customer service working within a manufacturing facility. $16/hr Must be able to work in the office Answer phone calls to appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner. Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. Process sample order requests and ensure samples are shipped in a timely manner.

    • Provide information to customers regarding order confirmation, new products and shipping, etc. Track shipments and report findings to customers as outlined in your order processing procedures. Maintain forecast database for customer orders. Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines. Mange telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions. Utilize databases that are in place for sample request, article number set-up request Support the efforts of the Outside Sales Representative(s). Support Customer Sales through service, education, and effective problem solving. Involve appropriate team members as needed. Support strategic sales plan and marketing strategies outline by the sales team, and facilitate joint marketing calls where applicable.
