ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Assistant will be assisting with a short-term project of scanning highly confidential employment documents into an online database.
HOURS AND SCHEDULE
- Contract Position, 5 days per week, from 8:00-5:00
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scanning and uploading employment documents into an online database
- Keeping hard copy folders organized after they have been scanned into a database
- Auditing the online records to ensure all appropriate documents from the hard copies are properly uploaded into the correct online folder
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the field of Human Resources or a similar role maintaining highly confidential information
- Strong respect for and adherence to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive work product
- Advanced knowledge of database management
- Familiarity with HR software, databases, and computer scanning systems
