Grain Facility Operator – Tom Farms | Leesburg, IN

We are currently seeking a Grain Facility Operator to join our CereServ Grain Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual with strong organizational skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a well-rounded mindset. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator—both verbal and written—who thrives working independently while supporting team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily grain elevator operations in alignment with our goals, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service to end-users.

• Develop and maintain a strong facility program focusing on safety, housekeeping, and preventive equipment maintenance.

• Manage grain quality control, including weighing, grading, mixing, blending, and transferring grain.

• Monitor stored grain conditions and maintain accurate daily inventory and position tracking.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of short and long-term operational goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned and be available for extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (additional experience may substitute for degree).

• Minimum of 3 years' combined experience in production agriculture and elevator operations/management.

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory experience.
