    Grain Originator – Full-Service Ag Retailer

    What You’ll Do

    • Source Grain: Purchase grain directly from farmers, growers, and elevators while identifying new opportunities to expand procurement.
    • Build Relationships: Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with producers through reliable service and expert market insight.
    • Analyze Markets: Stay ahead of commodity market trends, providing customers with valuable insights on pricing, futures, and marketing strategies.
    • Manage Contracts: Negotiate prices, draft purchasing agreements, and ensure all contracts are executed accurately from start to finish.
    • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the efficient movement of grain and assist with day-to-day elevator operations.
    • Deliver Exceptional Service: Be a go-to resource for producers, maintaining open communication and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in grain origination, ag sales, or account management is a plus.
