    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    *We specialize in relationship building with our clientele through live interaction. The majority of our employees have had experience in customer service and marketing backgrounds which helped kick start their careers with us.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     ·> First and foremost, create a lasting relationship with our clientele.

    ·> Troubleshoot current situations and provide solutions by providing product knowledge that the client can understand.

    ·> Utilize knowledge based upon client meetings and relay possible solutions to coworkers in a team oriented atmosphere.

    ·> Expand client’s consumer base through marketing and sales strategy.

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE DAILY FUNCTION:

    ·> Build relationships with customers as well as provide product knowledge at promotional events
