Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and play a vital role in shaping the marketing strategies for Grand Life Ventures, which is comprised of three unique family-owned businesses. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate closely with our team to create engaging social media content and marketing materials, manage our digital presence, support event planning, refine efforts using data, and much more. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. • Collaborate with the team to craft compelling written content such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. • Monitor and update the company's website and social media profiles, ensuring content accuracy and consistency. • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including social events, classes, networking events, etc. • Assist in creating, promoting, and leading classes for our target audience, ensuring successful event coordination. • Assist the sales team by creating materials as needed, including presentations, graphics, promotional gifts, etc. • Use data analytics to continuously refine and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI. • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. • Maintain marketing collateral inventory, ensuring materials are up-to-date and available for sales and admin teams. • Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, managing email lists, and tracking email performance. • Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and agencies to support marketing initiatives. • Continuously refine and adapt outreach content based on feedback and performance metrics to maximize its effectiveness in generating leads and building brand awareness across all companies. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of dedicated marketing experience. • Proven talent in marketing campaign coordination, social media content creation, and digital marketing. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for creating compelling content. • Proficiency in assisting with website management and updates. • Experience with email marketing, including mass emails and drip campaigns. • Ability to assist in outreach efforts, including ghostwriting. • Event planning and organizing skills. • A desire to promote and help with presentations and classes for real estate agents. • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of three distinct businesses. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
