Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Qualifications: • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • Customer relationship management experience desired • Food handling license required • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Restaurant and banquet experience preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
