Responsibilities: • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans • Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs • Determine appropriate loan structure and pricing • Establish relationships with loan brokers • Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed • Assist in the collection of accounts Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Strong credit analysis and accounting background • Minimum 1 year of commercial lending experience • Ability to analyze financial information • Strong client relations skills • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
