Responsibilities: • Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements • Collect required information from borrowers • Verification of documents provided by borrowers • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process • Gather information for underwriting including financial analysis, property value evaluation, and title search • Handle other duties assigned by supervisor Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred • Proficiency in MS Office required • Ability to analyze financial data • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus
