    Pay range 30hr to 35hr depending on experience.

    1st Shift

    TheMaintenance Technician is a key member of our team helping to lead usto new levels of performance and productivity while also making sure wekeep focused on quality and safety.

    Daily duties include but not limited to:

    • Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
    • Complete Work Orders and repairs of production equipment
    • Perform fabrication duties and responsibilities.
    • Performmechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical,pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
    • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
    • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
    • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
    • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

    Requirements

    Qualifications include but not limited to:

    Must have strong electrical troubleshooting, CMMS experience, mechanical aptitude, food background.

    Must be able to lift, pull, push up to 75lbs.

    High school diploma/GED

    ** MUST Have at least 2 years of maintenance in a manufacturing environment.**

    3+ years of maintenance experience with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical

    Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and Welding certification are plusses!

    You should be proficient in:

    • PLC Troubleshooting Skills
    • Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
    • Electrical Schematics
    • Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
    • PLC Programming Experience
    • PLC Wiring Experience
    • Machine Safety Inspections
    • HVAC

    Machines & technologies you'll use:

    • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
    • HMI

    Salary info:

    $30 - $35 / hr
