    Job Description

    A Custom Home Builder is looking for an organized Admin Assistant to join their team! This position will be responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and timely support to both the Estimating and Sales Department.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide administrative support to both the Estimating and Sales team.
    • Maintain Estimating software, ensuring all data is accurate.
    • Write, edit, and modify excel equations, programs, and data.
    • Maintain email and calendars for both Estimating and Sales.
    • Modify, update, improve, and standardize existing systems in a way that is user friendly to all staff and can be taught to others.
    • Attend weekly team meetings and any scheduled team training.
    • All other duties as assigned

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of administrative experience.
    • Strong verbal and written skills.
    • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
    • Ability to dictate notes, letters, and spoken word accurately and efficiently
    • Punctual and organized.
    • Ability to resolve problems while asking for direction when needed.
    • Construction Experience preferred but not required.

    Approved candidate will need to pass a typing and written response assessment, in a timed setting.
