Today, the Grande Cosmetics product line has expanded to over 40 products that not only help women achieve longer and more youthful looking lashes, but also bolder brows, plumper lips, and fuller looking hair. Providing dual function “cosmetics with benefits” is what Grande is all about! JOB DESCRIPTIONSocial listening intern monitors our social media channels for any customer feedback and direct mentions of our brand or discussions regarding specific keywords, topics, competitors, or industries, followed by an analysis to gain insights and act on those opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include, but are not limited to:·        Use SEO strategies to find current mentions of Grande Cosmetics on all social media platforms (positive and negative)·        TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, bloggers + comments·        Maintain/add to spreadsheet with product mentioned, email address, social accounts·        Filter to see if we have a relationship with them (ambassador/affiliate/paid)·        Provide suggestions if we should pitch ambassador/affiliate program·        Immediately report time sensitive situations to Influencer Marketing team with viral videos - who we should connect with ASAPJOB DETAILS ·        Flexible work schedule: Monday - Friday, 20-25 hours per week  ·        Required to come into the office 1-2 days per week, remainder work from home ·        $15.00 per hour The health and safety of our employees is very important to us.
