    Accounts Payable Admin

    Location: Grande Denali Lodge & Denali Bluffs Hotel

    Reports To: Accounts Receivable Manager

    Seasonal Dates: May-September

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Admin to join our team. The Accounts Payable Admin will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial data, and managing vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.

    - Verify discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and resolving any issues.

    - Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.

    - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

    - Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.

    - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.

    - Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.

    Qualifications:

    - Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

    - Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

    - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

    - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.

    - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Prior experience reporting to a manager or supervisor.
