GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in the supervision and development of local IT staff | | by planning daily activities and providing direct technical guidance. | | Assist with managing activities associated with technical services to | | internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming | | resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked | | systems. Supports and maintains effective relationships with end users, | | local business management, and all IT staff members. Assists with | | developing information technology projects and provides strategic | | management and objectives for the business unit. Follows standard | | operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT | | support. Is expected to work with limited direct supervision on a | | variety of tasks. Also required to contribute to the overall success of | | the organization through knowledge sharing and teamwork. Work Experience
