    GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is capable of handling | | multiple projects with aggregate annual revenue of over $150 million. | | The Project Executive will be a member of the Heavy Civil Group Regional | | Senior Management Team.     ESSENTIAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | 1. Oversee the successful pursuit and management of multiple large | | projects in various geographical areas in a Large Project Region to | | ensure profitable project completion.    | | 2. Support the all PX's to ensure the collaboration of a range of | | functions, including estimating team, estimating process and bid | | reviews for large projects assigned by the Regional Manager to | | ensure efficient use of resources. | | 3. Develop, train &mentor PX's, Large Project Managers, engineers, | | estimators & design build coordinators for current and future | | staffing opportunities. | | 4. Develop and build relationships with JV partners, owners, designers | | to maximize Large Project opportunities throughout the | | geographical area. | | 5. Ensure the corporate BD pursuit approval process is followed and all | | required documentation is provided and deadlines met with respect to | | senior management approvals, risk evaluation and margin definition. | | 6. Participate in design task groups (if alternate procurement) and | | construction methods meetings to ensure best practices and ways to | | innovate to maximize competitiveness. | | 7. Work with PM and PX to perform buy-sell analysis for equipment and | | assesses labor agreements and rates to ensure accuracy | | and profitability. | | 8. Implement, oversee and support all Project Manager Responsibilities | | on one or multiple projects to ensure the success of each project. | | 9. Monitor and improve project methods and operations to ensure optimal | | efficiency and productivity. | | 10. Monitor schedule, work plans and project specific reports to ensure | | project progress is on track and completed on time. | | 11. Oversee and enforce company/project safety policies to ensure a safe | | working environment. | | 12. Support the participating region(s) to ensure appropriate resources | | are provided including estimating, project management, safety, and | | quality assurance, equipment, controls, forecasting and reporting to | | ensure profitable projects. | | 13. Support PM/PX with facilitation of joint venture meetings | | (if requested) and bid reviews to ensure terms of large projects are | | communicated and adhered to. | | 14. Review, approve and certify monthly project forecast and monthly | | project reports to ensure accurate financial reporting. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

    EDUCATION

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

    • Experience with projects in the Southern California area highly preferred.  
    • Experience with project pursuits and design build preferred.
