Granite Garage Floors in Knoxville is hiring enthusiastic individuals who want to join a highly regarded franchise that installs industrial coating systems that look and last like granite in both commercial and residential settings. We train our technicians in how to employ our Two-Day Installation System that focuses on thorough concrete preparation as well as utilization of the highest quality epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane coating products. The ideal candidate will have some experience in contract work or construction and be available to begin work in late March 2024.

Compensation:

Starting hourly wage $22.00 with increase after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service.

· Provide quality industrial grade garage flooring options to the residential and commercial market.

· Safely and efficiently operate our service vehicles and maintain our equipment.

· Engage in business development activities such as distributing materials and occasional community events.

· Represent our company with integrity and passion.

· Accountability for all jobs assigned.

· Always follow all safety regulations, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each job. In addition, follow all safety Personal Protective Equipment Standards.

· Report to Operations Manager.

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

· Open to using technology.

· A willingness to take necessary training.

· Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds for short periods of time.

· Able to stand for long periods of time.

· Have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle.

· Team oriented and motivated to be part of an exceptional team with shared goals.
