Position: Landscape Hardscape Installation Foreman

Position Overview :

In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team, guiding them through the intricate process of landscape construction from the concept stage to the final walk-through. From operating machinery to ensuring the timely completion of projects and interacting directly with our valued clients, every day offers a new challenge and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and participate in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, and landscape installations.

- Read and execute landscape design blueprints.

- Manage resources and materials for each job efficiently.

- Interact and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and job sites.

- Collaborate with the Sales Designer for smooth project transitions and client feedback.

What You Bring :

- 3-5 years of experience in hardscape and landscape installation.

- Proficient knowledge of standard construction practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Mastery in operating landscape machinery like bobcats, backhoes, and mini-excavators.

- Familiarity with masonry and veneer work is a plus.

- A valid driver's license with a commendable driving record.

- Ability to pass background and drug screening. Bi-lingual abilities are a bonus!

Physical Aspects :

- Regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop, and carry/move up to 80 pounds.

- Prepared to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Work Schedule :

40+ hours per week, primarily Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays.
