About the Role:

Teresa's Top Works Inc is looking for a motivated and hardworking Granite Installer Helper to join our team in New Orleans, LA! This is a great opportunity to learn the trade hands-on while working alongside experienced installers in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installers with the handling, transport, and placement of granite and stone countertops

Prepare job sites by cleaning, measuring, and prepping surfaces for installation

Load and unload granite slabs and installation materials safely

Support cutting, grinding, and polishing operations as directed

Apply adhesives, sealants, and caulking under supervision

Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites and in the shop

Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy stone materials and power tools

Requirements:

No experience required — willingness to learn the granite and stone installation trade is a must

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly

Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic

Comfortable working on residential and commercial job sites

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
