Job Description
Graniti Vicentia is a fast-growing company that is redefining its industry. We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Assistant to join our team and help us define and improve our sales service.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company & day-to-day service levels and sales workflow. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Outside Sales Team to assist with projects and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Objectives of this Role -
● Assist with showroom sales in Houston for A&D clients
● Manage projects in Houston and Dallas by assisting sales team on each project
● Sample drop off and update A&D libraries
● Qualify project leads and follow up to close sales if needed
● Project update in ZOHO (CRM system)
● Presentations in Houston to A&D if needed
● Input and follow up on orders in SPS (ERP system)
● Update account list for all sales team being assigned to
● Networking with A&D related clientele when needed
● Coordinate sample requests with samples department and make sure they have been
delivered to the clients
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or 3- 5 years of relevant
experience
● Must be detail oriented.
● Experience with construction and/or manufacturing
● Excel proficiency
ADA Compliance:
● Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods (80% of the time).
● Must be able to read and type, as this is a highly computer/ technology driven position.
● Must be able to lift 10+ pounds and load onto shelves/ staging area.
