This person will assist in a local building company.. Skills needed include Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Google Drive. Be willing to learn, as needed. Must be able to follow instructions, answer phones and deliver phone messages. Will be assisting in filling out forms for building permits, organizing files and keep files updated. May need to communicate with tenants and visit nearby rental properties and/or properties under construction. Good communication skills, good time management. Interest and skills in design selections a plus but not required. Will keep inventory of office supplies. May assist in social media posting and other advertising. Willing to train the right person.
