Responsibilities: Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Marketing Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • Able to report to Punta Gorda, FL office Compensation: $48,000
