Your responsibilities include strategic growth planning, role development, hiring process, vendor selection, partner management, system implementations, process design, P&L responsibility, and running an office. Responsibilities: • Management of staff and agents • Oversight of all departments, goal attainment • Participate in strategic planning with the Team Leader • Run daily morning meetings • Hiring staff, virtual assistants, and agents • Role development to support company growth • Onboarding and offboarding, staff and agents • Manage lead distribution, pauses, shifts • Listen to escalated agent calls, provide feedback • Vendor selection • Partner and Broker relationship management • Systems Manager • New system implementation, optimization, and automation • Process design, training, and implementation • SOP development and maintenance • Company reporting and insights • Lead pillar audits for profitability, recommendations • PL review, make recommendations to increase profitability • Performance reviews, feedback, and dispute resolution • Manage payroll, time off, and process expense reports • Ethical and compliance oversight • Develop a network of operations leaders to exchange best practices Qualifications: • High School graduate or equivalent • Management and leadership skills • Ability to set measurable goals and achieve them • CRM or equivalent systems experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gsuite • A real estate license is a bonus • Sale, corporate, or startup experience, beneficial Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
