    Job Description

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    • Review and process new business.
    • Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support to our hospital clients.
    • Review and respond to client emails.
    • Review and respond to recovery teams request for information.
    • Process liens
    • Assist with special projects
    • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma
    • Some college preferred, but not required
    • Medical/hospital office background a plus
    • Legal office background a plus
    • Minimum 3 years working in an office environment
    • Proficient in MS Office suite and Excel, email and internet
    • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Requires strong communication skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
