New Business Development Manager
Job Description
Your main focus will be to:
Achieve your sales goal by leveraging Partners and Marketing Leads
Develop and manage your sales pipeline
Qualify leads and start engaging with clients, partners and generate new opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and “quarterback” the development of RFP proposal responses. These may be phone or in-person based.
Clearly articulate Grantek’s value proposition across multiple verticals and regions to prospects, new clients and partners.
Understand competitive product lines and be able to effectively sell against them.
Manage the integration of new clients within Grantek Leverage Grantek SME’s as needed to demonstrate Grantek’s expertise in both pharmaceutical and IT/OT application
Create and maintain effective business relationships at assigned strategic partner companies, at multiple levels.
“Quarterback” the RFP/Proposal responses, and manage all the stakeholders to produce a win.
Work closely with all departments of Grantek (Client Solutions, Delivery and Engineering) to qualify a lead into an opportunity, and an opportunity into a win with a new client.
Qualifications
You will have:
Strong entrepreneurial spirit; self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This includes understanding of building relationships and making long term connections.
Consistent follow-up
Writing proposals and quotes
Presenting technical product lines
Access to a personal vehicle when needed for local client meetings.
Ability to travel outside of the Province or Country.
Understanding that this role is independent and will not have daily supervision.
Technical solution sales experience
An individual with a post-secondary education in Engineering a must, Degree preferred
