    Job Summary

    Immediate placement. Are you passionate about driving impact through well-managed, mission-driven work? Our nonprofit organization is looking for a Grant Project Manager (Contract) to help us deliver on critical grant-funded programs that serve our community and to develop a project management template to help identify opportunities, vet and track them, and keep stakeholders informed as well as keep grants on schedule during development and after receipt. .

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate and manage grant-funded projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met

    Maintain a detailed calendar and lead proposal timelines and deadlines

    Facilitate and participate in meetings and project reviews to align proposal objectives and deliverables

    Track budgets, progress reports, and compliance with grant requirements

    Liaise with internal teams and external partners

    Prepare updates, documentation, and final reports for funders

    Measure and report on project progress

    Qualifications

    Proven experience managing grants or similar projects

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Familiarity with grant compliance and reporting

    Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

    Working Conditions

    Position is a 2-day in-office position

    Occasional evening or weekend hours to meet key deadlines

    Contract Duration - 12- 24 months
