Working at the Granville Inn is anything but ordinary! We are looking for a Part Time Host / Hostess to join our team! The primary responsibilities of a Host / Hostess is to greet and seat guests in the highest professional matter, practice strong guest service etiquette, and accurately take and record reservations. Other duties will be expected as need arises.

Essential Functions:
Practices complete guest service by greeting and welcoming guests
Takes and manages reservations to effectively seat entire restaurant and tavern Answers the telephone and takes reservations in a professional and courteous manner
Possesses knowledge of food and beverages served
Able to properly set tables
Understand mechanics of service and can arrange tables for large parties
Maintains restaurant and tavern entrance (interior and exterior) throughout shift
Maintains a clean and organized area
Appears and acts in a professional manner
Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time

Associate must be able to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day.
