As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work with a small team of in-house designers while actively contributing to packaging, labels, and container artwork. This is a hands-on role for a creative professional passionate about retail design and consumer products.

• Anticipate $60K-$70K base salary (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling packaging, labels, containers, and in-store displays.
• Occasionally create digital assets (e.g., email, social media graphics).
• Stay ahead of design and retail trends in home goods and lifestyle categories.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ensure designs are brand-aligned, retail-ready, and production-ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and print design for consumer products.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
