  • Responsibilities

    SheFinds Media is looking for a graphic design and photo editor to start immediately. This person will be responsible for researching photos for editorial posts, making graphic elements for editorial posts, assisting with creating marketing materials, campaigns, and miscellaneous photo- and design-related tasks.

    This is a great opportunity for an individual with some experience in design to work with an experienced team and develop their skills.

    Candidates should have previous graphic design internships and/or entry-level positions and writing clips.

    We only consider qualifying candidates who are US citizens currently residing in one of the following states - Connecticut, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee.

    The Qualified Candidate Requirements:

    • One to two years of experience in a related photo/design field (including internships or freelance work).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, and potentially other relevant software.
    • Understanding of basic design principles: Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
    • Excellent photo editing skills: A good eye for choosing photos, and an ability to retouch, manipulate, or enhance images for various purposes on some occasions.
    • Creative problem-solving: Ability to find or create visual elements for challenging projects.
    • Attention to detail: Consistency in all visual work.
    • Ability to drive results (i. e. clicks and conversions): maintain quality standards for what visual elements lead to clicks and conversions; ability to meet clients' standards for marketing projects.
    • Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with both editorial and marketing team members and stakeholders.
    • Time management and organization skills.
    • Diligence to adhere to strict photo rights standards.
