Job Requirements:

• Work with Sales Representatives/Customers to develop cohesive/brilliant/eye catching designs from concept to completion

• Ability to follow directions/requests as outlined

• Critically review job specifications from work orders/surveys

• Ensure file specifications are accurate for job production

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision

Applicant Requirements:

• NO SIGN SHOP EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

• Fluent working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator REQUIRED

• Collegiate Athletic Department Design experience preferred

• Logo design/branding experience preferred

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint

• Working knowledge of color management/profiling preferred

• Experience with batch processing data preferred

• MUST submit portfolio for review

Sign Champ offers PTO, Health, Vison and Dental. Compensation TBD based on experience/value add.
