    Job Description

    Overview

    BryceTech is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Graphic Designer will create professional, visually compelling materials that enhance ITA’s outreach, communications, and stakeholder engagement. This role includes designing publications, infographics, templates, and presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design publications, fact sheets, brochures, flyers, and other outreach materials that align with ITA’s branding and communication goals.

    • Develop infographics, icons, and visual elements that simplify and highlight key information.

    • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentation templates and deliver high-quality visual support for meetings and briefings.

    • Produce templates and marketing materials for both recurring use and special projects.

    • Collaborate with communication specialists, program staff, and leadership to ensure visual consistency across platforms.

    • Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

    • Ensure all design outputs are accessible, professional, and appropriate for federal communications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Publisher.

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work, including publications, infographics, and presentations.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

    • U.S. citizenship required.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in a federal or government contracting environment.

    • Familiarity with accessibility standards for federal publications and presentations.

    • Strong creativity with the ability to balance innovation and adherence to brand guidelines.

    • Experience designing materials for both print and digital formats.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate technical content into compelling visuals.

    Employment is contingent upon contract award.
