Graphic Designer – Your Job Duties
You will own the design and production of marketing materials that support brokers, listings, and brand presence. You will:
- Design brochures, offering memorandums, flyers, and marketing collateral for commercial real estate listings
- Create email campaigns and digital marketing assets (Mailchimp, Metricool and similar platforms)
- Develop visually compelling presentations and reports that translate data into clear graphics
- Edit and enhance property photos
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact deliverables
- Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager and brokers to execute design requests and revisions
- Synthesize technical property and market information into clean, engaging layouts
- Maintain organized files, templates, and design systems for efficient production
Graphic Designer – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
