Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates professional-quality artwork for a variety of client industries
- Oversees assigned projects from conception through completion on-time and on-budget
- Conceptualizes creative ideas quickly and efficiently
- Understands brand systems and applies established brand standards as required
- Follows design specifications for both digital and print media
- Proofs work and follows the quality control process
- Follows file management and design workflow processes
- Embraces training opportunities and works with senior creative team members to develop skillsets
- Researches our clients' businesses to better understand marketing objectives
- Embraces the DH+ culture and commitment required to provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint
- Experience with Figma, After Effects, Premiere, and Generative AI is a plus
- A digital portfolio showcasing your design experience is required for consideration
Education and experience
- Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an advertising agency
- Experience working in B2B marketing is a plus

Salary Range
The total target compensation for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, expertise and internal equity.
