St. Charles Printing & FASTSIGNS is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s eager to learn, loves design that actually gets produced, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life from concept to production:
Design computer-generated, full-color graphics and vinyl output for print and signage
Create, modify, and prepare customer-supplied artwork for production
Determine layout, sizing, typography, and design elements based on space, aesthetics, and production requirements
Prepare files for printing, cutting, and mounting across multiple output devices
Inspect jobs for accuracy, material selection, and correct output settings
Maintain and organize customer logo and artwork libraries
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of graphic design experience (sign, print, or production design a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn
