Responsibilities: • Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, ensuring they align with our brand identity and objectives. • Collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial ideation to final execution, while adhering to project timelines and budgets. • Leading and mentoring junior designers, fostering their growth, and maintaining a cohesive and high-performing design team. • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively incorporating them into your work to keep our designs fresh, modern, and impactful. • Conducting quality checks on design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, leveraging your sharp attention to detail. • Collaborating with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of design projects. • Continuously developing and refining our visual brand elements, including logos, icons, and templates, to enhance our brand recognition and create a cohesive visual language. Qualifications: • Experience: You should have experience in Web, Print, and Digital Graphic Design. We value designers who have a diverse portfolio, demonstrating expertise in both digital and print mediums. • Creativity: We're seeking individuals who are bursting with innovative ideas and have a keen eye for aesthetics. Your ability to think outside the box and bring originality to your designs is a must. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with industry-leading design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is essential. Experience with Figma is also highly desirable.
