🎨 Full-Time Graphic Designer – Monmouth Cards (Neptune, NJ)

Monmouth Cards is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your design skills to the world of sports cards, collectibles, and retail marketing. If you’re passionate about design, detail-driven, and ready to help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing brand, we want to hear from you.

🖌 What You’ll Be Doing:

Card Design & Packaging: Create visually compelling trading card layouts, insert sets, and product packaging for in-house brands like Pulse Trading Cards.

Mockups & Visual Concepts: Design realistic product mockups and retail displays to bring ideas to life for internal reviews and marketing presentations.

Photo Editing & Retouching: Crop, mask, and enhance player images for use in trading cards and promotional materials.

Marketing & Social Assets: Design clean, on-brand graphics for email campaigns, paid ads, and social media content.

Brand Identity Support: Help maintain and evolve the Monmouth Cards and Pulse brand aesthetics across all channels.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Strong Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Experience with photo editing, masking, and retouching

Ability to follow brand style guides and work within templated systems while adding creative flair

Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling

Experience designing for both print and digital mediums

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Familiarity with trading cards, collectibles, or sports marketing
