Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace is looking for a creative graphic design artist to assist in the marketing department.

Responsible for producing creative ad designs in conjunction with Nino Salvaggio's marketing and advertising goals.

Essential Job Functions: · Must be able to properly and accurately execute job assignments through the use of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office – including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word , Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator and Acrobat and all other Company software programs. · Create graphic design projects for the website, advertisements, packaging, store décor, etc. · Design or re-design print signs for all locations and departments varying from Nino’s branding to vendor brands in all different sizes. · Design and prepare printed flyers, coupons and posters for all locations and departments. · Design print ads and digits ads for various publications. · Design multimedia graphics for emails, coupons, websites, scales and other digital assets. · Execute, per Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace standards, creative ad design, graphic designs, advertising and marketing materials, etc. Design, layout and publish weekly advertisements per Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace standards. · Make effective and objective decisions regarding task priorities and other situations where multiple factors must be considered and weighed to maximize performance, productivity and results. · Observe strict confidentiality of all company records and financial information and safeguard against unauthorized access to such information at all times, ensuring that no information is released to any party without proper consent. · Ensure accuracy in production of Company graphic design. · Must have a full understanding of Nino Salvaggio Internet policy, email policy, Social Media policy, etc., and necessary software and fully comply with Nino Salvaggio guidelines relative to their usage. · Create and properly maintain necessary documentation for PC, Advertising, Marketing and Social Media related activities/publications. · Perform other tasks as assigned. · Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace. · Adhere to operational guidelines and company policies in relation to the use of equipment and the performance of job duties. · Maintain effective security standards to protect company equipment, information and assets at all times. · Organize and maintains file systems, files correspondence and other necessary records. · Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mails, email club coupons, weekly sales, and faxes, accurately and per Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace guidelines. · Create and update customer email lists. · Answering phone calls to assist customers with their email club account. · Must be organized, able to properly set priorities, meet deadlines and accomplish multiple tasks at the same time. · Must be able to carefully proof own work and correct errors prior to deadlines; ensuring that work is accurate and timely. · Maintain good communications in the office and throughout the organization. · Prepare and accurately deliver presentations, as needed or directed, relative to creative design and/or information technology. · Assist in training appropriate personnel as necessary.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have at least three years experience in graphic design

Must be creative and organized

Must be thoroughly versed in the Adobe Suite
