Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing a range of visual assets, including but not limited to monthly campaign assets, local studio marketing requests, print, and digital materials across our B2B and B2C lines of the business. The Graphic Designer will ensure that all visual designs align with company branding and messaging. This is a hybrid role.
Essential Duties:
Create cohesive brand visuals: follow brand standards to ensure a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the brand’s identity and messaging across all platforms.
Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize and design innovative graphics for digital and print campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals and aesthetics.
Compelling Design: Create compelling designs for marketing materials including social media video reels/content, email campaigns, print materials.
Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and design effective promotional materials and campaign.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understand their needs, present concepts, and gather feedback for iterative improvement.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for both design and development projects to ensure the highest standards are met.
Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to align design and development projects with the brand's goals and objectives
Social Media: Conceptualize and design compelling social media videos, static images, and motion graphics that engage audiences and reflect brand identity
Paid Social Media: Develop on-brand video and static ads optimized for performance
Email: Design monthly email assets that align with company branding and campaign goals
Print: Create high-quality print assets such as posters, flyers, handouts, and in-store signage that are consistent with monthly campaign messaging
App: Design cohesive app banners, promotional graphics, and in-app visual that maintain brand consistency and support campaign objectives
Understand and create local studio requests for local studios, ensuring all assets meet brand standards
Communicate directly with franchisees to clarify requests, confirm receipt, provide updates, and deliver final approved assets
Coordinate requests through internal HQ marketing approval processes, ensuring timely review and alignment with overall brand strategy
Present completed local studio assets during weekly design review
Prepares final print-ready files with accurate specifications, bleed, and color profiles to ensure high-quality production
Create compelling content and visualize data through infographics, presentation slides, decks, print materials for both B2B and B2C marketing.

Qualifications
Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other relevant software.
Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, design principles and layout, design systems, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics
Utilizing AI software for creative design editing (video editing, etc)
Skilled in creating clear and engaging infographics to visualize complex data
An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong eye for digital / print layout and typography
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to take and provide constructive critique
Strong understanding of visual communication and storytelling
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Presentations

Education and Experience:
Degree in Graphic Design
Proven experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar role
Strong background in creative design for digital marketing
5 years of creative design experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry
Proven track record of creating compelling visuals for national brands
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience working cross functionally with marketing team and franchisees.
Analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present effectively across levels.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift objects up to 10 pounds at times.
Job duties may require work and availability outside normal working hours.
May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time to work early or later than regular schedule.
