SIGNS BY TOMORROW in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs for a wide range of signage and visual communication products. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, attention to detail, and the ability to translate customer ideas into effective, production-ready designs. Responsibilities: A successful Graphic Designer at SIGNS BY TOMORROW will: • Create computer-generated, full-color graphics and vinyl designs for printing, mounting, cutting, weeding, and application to various substrates • Adapt, modify, or finalize designs based on customer-provided artwork, files, drawings, or specifications • Determine layout, sizing, typography, and arrangement of graphic elements based on space, aesthetic standards, and production requirements • Inspect all jobs for accuracy prior to production, ensuring correct materials, file setup, and output device settings • Maintain and manage customer logo and graphic file libraries, including file conversions as needed • Prepare files and execute production using multiple printers and output systems • Learn and operate RIP software to ensure efficient and accurate production of designs Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently • Ability to determine the most effective output method based on customer needs and production requirements • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in a high-volume environment Compensation: $22 hourly
