Position Overview:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role is focused on visual execution and production design, producing compelling visual and multimedia assets for marketing, sales, product communications, and digital campaigns.

The Graphic Designer will partner cross-functionally to translate messaging and technical information into clear, engaging design solutions. This role will report to the Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing collateral, proposals, whitepapers, and presentations, ensuring strong layout, formatting precision, and adherence to brand standards.
• Design and prepare artwork for branded promotional items, event materials, and trade show graphics.
• Develop creative assets for digital and social media, including email and corporate websites.
• Create custom visuals including isometric illustrations, infographics, diagrams, and technical feature graphics.
• Prepares and updates technical artwork and product visuals to support manufacturing and product updates.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate CAD exports and technical specifications into marketing-ready visuals.
• Plan, produce, and edit video content supporting product demonstrations, speaking engagements, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
• Develop motion graphics and adapt video assets for use across internal and external marketing channels.
• Ensure all visual deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.

****__Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3- 6 years of professional design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required; After Effects preferred).
• Experience designing marketing collateral, presentations, and long-form documents with strong layout and formatting precision.
• Experience producing and editing video content for marketing, product, or digital initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute independently.

****__Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing motion graphics and animated assets (After Effects or similar tools).
• Experience translating CAD exports or technical product visuals into marketing-ready graphics.
• Experience designing paid media campaigns and digital performance marketing.
• Familiarity with website content management systems, i.e. WordPress and HubSpot.
