About the Role Are you a versatile designer who loves seeing your work come to life in the real world — on buildings, vehicles, walls, and storefronts all over town?
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Sign Designer to join our team and collaborate closely with sales, production, and customers to create effective, high-quality signage. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between quick, simple designs and more complex projects, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do
Interpret design briefs and understand project goals, scope, and constraints
Collaborate with the sales team to develop signage concepts that meet customer needs
Create and revise design concepts for a wide variety of sign types and industries
Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback and revisions professionally
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for printing, cutting, routing, and installation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion
Maintain organized files and follow established design and production standards
Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the design process

Projects move smoothly from sales to production without delays or confusion
You can balance speed, creativity, and accuracy under real-world deadlines
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and ability to design to scale and specifications
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple active projects
Bonus (not required but helpful):
Experience designing for signage, large-format printing, or environmental graphics
Familiarity with preparing files for print and fabrication
