    Are you an experienced and talented Graphic Designer looking to apply your skills in a unique and prestigious industry? Our boutique advertising agency, located in Lexington, Kentucky—the heart of the Thoroughbred industry—is seeking creative, experienced, and driven designers to join our in-house team.

    Founded in 2010, Studio 34 Productions is a specialized advertising agency dedicated to serving Kentucky's signature industry: Thoroughbred horse racing, breeding, and sales. Our distinguished clientele includes some of the most iconic horse farms and premier sales companies globally. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, impactful design work that respects the heritage and prestige of this world-class industry.

    The Role

    We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Graphic Designers. This is an in-house position.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across a variety of media.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and layout of advertising materials for print and digital publication.
    • Development of comprehensive brochure, catalog, and print collateral.
    • Creation of compelling social media graphics, web banners, and digital assets.
    • Production of point-of-sale materials and event signage.
    • Ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all client projects.
    • Collaborating effectively with the internal team, clients and vendors.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Two (2) or more years of experience in advertising layout and design.
    • High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
    • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
    • A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team-player attitude.
    • Willingness to receive and integrate constructive feedback into design iterations.

    Location & Logistics

    • Local Candidates Only: Must currently reside near Lexington, KY or willing to commute. This is a strict requirement.

    Preferred (But Not Required)

    • Knowledge or previous exposure to the Thoroughbred horse racing, breeding, or sales industry is a significant plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    Other Skills that are a Plus for this Position (But Not Required)

    • Web/app design and CSS/HTML familiarity
    • Photography, videography/motion graphics
    • Copywriting and Research
    • Social media marketing
    • A forward-thinking approach to design, with an interest in emerging creative technologies and the ability to leverage A.I.
